Starting out as a fresh-faced 18-year-old in 2000, Jake began his cooking journey in Sydney, and immediately fell in love with creating quality food that people love. Over the years, Jake’s travels have seen him cook at top restaurants such as Quay, Bacash, Ezards, Verge and Jackalope Hotel. Most recently, he has been running the kitchen at Paperboy, in Hampton.
Having grown up in the industry, and now a family man with three young kids, Jake is keen to spread his love of cooking and food further. He has created Tables by Jake to share his passion with people through function catering, home cooking, food delivery and cooking classes. Jake is passionate about quality ingredients, honest food and creating memorable moments for families and friends.
